In this app, we are trying to provide you a real cursive writing content and letters with the Phonetic alphabet/5(6). The Russian (and Cyrillic in general) cursive was developed during the 18th centuries on the base of the earlier Cyrillic tachygraphic writing (ско́ропись, "rapid or running script", which in turn was the 14th–17th chancery hand of the earlier Cyrillic bookhand scripts (called ustav and poluustav).
I personally love the Russian language (I am aware that Russian is not the only language written in Cyrillic, but it is the only one written in Cyrillic that I have any proficiency in) although its been a while since I was learning Russian (I will point out I am no where near fluent) but that aside it.
